When should I make my reservation?
You can make a reservation with us up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. Having said that, however, we do recommend that you make your booking with us as soon as you have all your travel details finalized.

How can I make a reservation?
You can fill in our reservation form with all required details related to your transfer or tour. You will then receive an email confirmation from us with all relevant information. If you would like clarification on anything related to the vehicle, driver, guide (if applicable) or recommended routes, or if you would like to request a personalized itinerary with a tour guide, please do not hesitate to contact us either by calling or emailing. We are at your service to answer any questions you might have and assist you in finding the optimal solution for your stay.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
You may make an online payment prior to your arrival or pay your chauffeur in cash or card.

What are the prices for your services?
The rates for our services are based on choice of vehicle, distance to be traveled and special requests/ requirements. All prices are fixed and are clearly outlined on our website for your convenience.

Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes. Simply let us know the number of children accompanying you as well as their ages and we will ensure that the vehicle you will be traveling in has the required number of child safety seats, at no extra charge.

Where and how will I meet my driver?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal if you are coming into an airport, or on the quay where your sailing vessel will dock if coming into a port, holding a discreet sign with your name and our company’s logo on it.
Make sure to include your mobile telephone number on the reservation form, so that we are able to contact you either by calling or via WhatsApp and iMessage if necessary. In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact our offices immediately, so that a representative can assist you directly and efficiently.

What happens if my flight is delayed or if I miss it?
We receive continual updates on flight and sailing route schedules that concern our clients. To this end, we ask that you fill in all relevant information regarding flight numbers and dates and/ or sailing dates and ship names on the reservation form, so that we are notified in a timely manner as to potential airport or port delays or cancelations. Our clients do not incur any extra charge for such delays and cancelations.
In the event that you miss your flight or boat, or if a flight or scheduled sailing departure has been canceled due to inclement weather conditions, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can rearrange your reserved transportation services and keep your booking active for 24 hours, at no extra charge.
In the event that you do not honor your reservation and do not inform us of this fact, we are obliged to charge the transportation service costs in accordance with our company’s operating terms and conditions.
Our company’s success is based on our experienced, knowledgeable, and hospitable personnel, in our top-quality, impeccably stylish vehicles and in the consistency and precision that defines the services that we provide.
The smooth functioning of the services offered at Athens Transfer relies on the proper organization of chauffeurs and their vehicles, so that they will be at their scheduled appointments on time and without delay. For this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, i.e. clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.
Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the scheduled date of travel, the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel between 24-48 hours before the scheduled date of the tour, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In any other case you are not entitled to a refund.
*All payments are made through the same method you selected when booking.
ASSURANCE OF PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF USERS
In general, the personal information we collect allows us to process the vehicle-rental bookings of each User and to provide our services to each one of them. We collect the personal information the perspective User submits to the website by their own while using the services offered.
The management and protection of the personal data of the User of our site is governed by the terms of this Agreement and by the relevant provisions of the Greek law (Law. 2472/1997, P.D. 207/1998 and 79/2000, article 8 of Law. 2819/2000), well as the European Law (Directives 95/46 / EC and 97/66 / EC).
Personal data collected by our website is not disclosed to third parties (except only to the competent authorities, if required by law), but their personal character is in any case preserved. Our website keeps records of these data exclusively for the purposes of communication, statistics and improvement of the services provided.
As this site includes interactive links to other sites, it should be noted that the obligation to ensure the confidentiality of personal data that binds myathenstransfer.com, is limited exclusively to the digital data that form the content of this website only.
