Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read below how we handle cancellations and refunds for transfers booked with AthensTransfer.net.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.
Refund Requests
- All refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the scheduled service date.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Requests submitted beyond 45 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for delays or missed services due to incorrect or missing pickup/drop-off information. Make sure to provide the exact location during booking.
