Travel conditions

In case the passenger is late from an ordered private transfer (which is just like a taxi service), the Transporter shall wait at least 30 minutes free of charge (In airports 1 hour after the official estimated time of flight arrival. In ports 30min after the official estimated time of arrival of the boat) If this period elapses, and the Transporter has been requested to do so before the scheduled pick-up time, the Transporter shall wait for the passenger and may charge the passenger additional EUR 8,00 for each additional 15 minutes for waiting. However, the payment of this waiting fee of EUR 8,00 per 15 min, relates exclusively to the relationship between the passenger and the Transporter; therefore the Agent shall not take any liability for the payment of the waiting charge. The same provisions shall apply if the Transporter, without having been requested to do so, decides at its own risk to wait longer than 30 minutes.
