When do you pick me up in my hotel or apartment in Athens?

We pick you up in front of your door 3 hours before your flight departures. If the time of pick-up is different for any reasons, we will inform you on the phone or we send you a text message (sms).


When do you pick me up at other destinations?

We will call you or send you an sms to let you know the pick-up time.


How can I recognize the driver?

Your driver will wait for you with a sign in the arrival hall.


Until when can I make a booking?

You can book your transfer until 17:00 the day before the requested service.


What if my flight has a delay?

Your driver will wait for you 1 hour free of charge. After this time every beginned 15 minutes will cost 8 euro. This amount is paid directly to the driver before the departure of your vehicle.


Should I inform you, if my flight has a delay?
Yes. Please always keep us informed about delays. You can call the emergency number in your voucher.fer.com.


How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Your reservation is confirmed automatically. Right after the booking you can print your voucher, that is the document for your transfer. We also send the voucher via e-mail, but to be on the safe side we advise you to print your voucher after the succesful transaction.
